I know what it feels like to move through seasons of life that stretch you beyond what you thought possible.
Over the years, I’ve navigated a series of profound changes—moving abroad to the United States, managing chronic autoimmune conditions, and facing the heartbreaking, sudden loss of my mother just six weeks before my wedding.
Shortly after, I relocated again—this time moving from Chicago to Vancouver, just two and a half months before the birth of my first child—without family nearby for support.
It was a time marked by profound grief, change, and learning to trust myself in ways I never had before.
