This free Sunday evening offering is a gentle space to unwind, release stress, and prepare for the week ahead.
The practice includes simple, seated movement to ease tension in the body, followed by a guided meditation designed to calm the nervous system, support presence, and cultivate a sense of steadiness and ease. The emphasis is on receiving first — receiving rest, calm, and compassion — and, if it feels natural, allowing that sense of ease to gently extend outward as goodwill for others and for the week ahead.
No prior experience is needed, and all bodies are welcome. This is not a workout, and there is nothing to force or fix. You’re invited to come exactly as you are and rest into the practice.
